INTERVIEW: David Jatau Tahsanchi

I had the pleasure of interviewing fabulous male model David Tahsanchi Jatau.

1. First off tell us how you were “discovered” and how your modeling career all started?

Thanks alot for the previlage to be interviewed on this platform
I was discovered as a model when I contested for mr.adsu in my school. Adamawa state University. it didn't favour me but I was not discouraged was when the passion started
Yeah that was when I was discovered and how my modeling career started

2. What has been your favorite shoot / campaign / work to date?

Presently am working on a project. And it's a diplomatic approach to solve the problems of killing by the heirds men in the north We ar still working on it though it has not been easy... because one most be very careful in dealing with such issues .

3. How would you describe your personal style, Where do you pull your inspiration from?

Personally am always out for something unique...not jst unique but to make a difference. Unlike some of fellow model who are being paid by aged women to satisfy their sexual urge and also other homosexual men So my personality matters mostly to me.

4. Do you have any hidden talents?
Yeah I also sing and dance but am no into music as a career.
5.Do you get to travel a lot for your work? If so what’s your favorite city that you have visited?
I have been to jos, kaduna and taraba..but I do most of my work here in adamawa
Are you signed in with any modelling agency?
No am not signed up with any modelling agency but am looking forward to work with any competent agency
6.Do you ever get shy in front of the camera?
Not  at all... Am a camera freek. I love cameras alot so I got used to it even before I started modeling as a career

7. Is modeling an easy job or more strenuous than people realize? (How so)
Modeling is not and can never be an easy job. You need to put in alot effort, time and sercrifice
You need to work on your Walk steps, your strikes on the runway, your hair and most importantly you phyisic that is good body structure People think that it's all about looking hug. But it's not. You just need to work a little on your chest and arms And you always have to look good to all occasion.

8. Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kinda happen?

It's did not just happened... I have always wanted to be a model and an actor. It has always been my dreams. That's why am into it with all passion and determination

9.What’s your favorite band / music at the moment?

1. Funny enough I don't have a girlfriend
2. Am no into model to make money... people call it business but I call it doing what I love and doing what gives me joy
3. My biggest and number one fan is Ijafiya Ibrahim Yakubu
I think the rest personal and highly confidential.

10. What’s the best and worst thing about being a model?
The best thing about modeling is that It'll get you connected to personalities you don't expect. And it will take you to places you've never dreamt of going

And the worst aspect of it is that you face so many scandals and propaganda to tanish your image but your opponent.
11. If you weren’t modeling what would you see yourself doing?

I'll see my self acting. I'll go into acting as a full time job

12. So what advice can you give to modelling agencies?
I'll love to advise all modeling agencies to sign up models base in merit not for any selfish interest.
